Terms of use

The service. QuitPath is a self-guided preparation and support program: 14 short lessons, a personal plan, daily emails, check-ins and tools for cravings and slips. It is automated; there is no human coaching. It is for adults (18+).

Not medical advice. QuitPath is not a medical service and does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Access. One payment gives 90 days of access, counted from your first sign-in. Changing your quit date or pausing does not extend access. After access ends you can read and export your plan for 30 days.

No promises about results. The preparation length is not a promise to quit in that time. Your own decision matters most.

Payment and refunds. Payment is handled by our payment provider, who is the seller of record. Within 14 days of purchase you can withdraw and get a full refund if you have finished no more than 2 preparation lessons. After that, there is no refund, except where the law requires one. To withdraw, use "Withdraw from contract" in your account or at the bottom of our website.

Your account. Keep access to your email; sign-in codes go there. You can delete your account at any time.
