Consumer health data privacy policy

This policy applies to people in Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and other US states with consumer health data laws.

What we collect. Your smoking status, quit date, check-ins, cravings, recorded cigarettes, lesson answers and plan. We collect it only with your consent, given before checkout, and only to provide the program you asked for.

Sharing. We do not share or sell consumer health data. Our service providers (hosting, database, email) process it on our behalf under contract.

Your rights. You can access and download your data, delete it, and withdraw consent by deleting your account in Account → My data, or by writing to support@getquitpath.com. We answer within 45 days.
